About the Role:

RockItCoin is seeking an Account Manager to support our business development efforts during this time of rapid growth. In this role, you will follow a lead from start to finish, meticulously documenting important information, fielding questions, and resolving issues and roadblocks along the way. You will work in an energetic office environment, ensuring business development objectives are met to help us achieve our goal of bringing cryptocurrency to the masses!

The successful candidate has an appreciation for the details, data, and organization of a process. If you are keen to provide exceptional customer support, getting to the root of issues and resourcefully finding solutions, this role is for you.

What You Will Do:

- Process inbound leads from various channels, obtaining relevant information from the source, and tracking in internal databases.
- Notify operations team of new host locations to close sales funnel and initiate host onboarding process.
- Proactively follow-up with vendors on live sales leads and directly contact live organic leads.
- Respond to internal operations team questions and requests.
- Act as main point of contact for vendor and host requests, tracking communication and updates in CRM and databases, and directing inquiries to appropriate internal teams.
- Cross reference all incoming leads with existing network, tracking and resolving discrepancies.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Head of Business Development.

What We Are Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a similar field.
- 1+ years of experience in a sales, account manager, or other client facing role.
- Experience with Dropbox.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Comfortable taking and making sales, operations, and vendor calls, maintaining personable and friendly demeanor.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, resourcefully solving problems with minimal oversight.
- Sense of urgency when responding to internal and external requests.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively, and own results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment.
- Outstanding work ethic, integrity, and commitment.
- Bilingual in Hindi, Arabic, or Spanish is a plus.
