About the Job

Responsibilities:
- Participates in zeosX’s long-term strategic planning and development; develops and implements department/branch initiatives and goals which will support zeosX’s overall strategic plan.
- Develops, proposes, gains acceptance and is responsible for planning and developing of the following: incentive program for consumer and business lending initiatives, promotional programs, advertising, sales culture, annual budget, new loan product design and implementation, loan goals, asset quality goals, and business plan for all lending areas.
- Directs and monitors all lending operations for zeosX to ensure that the company meets established goals and objectives with respect to lending.
- Monitors product delivery and quality; takes action to resolve problems.
- Ensures that zeosX is in compliance with all lending regulations; develops procedural changes as compliance requires or new programs demand, including risk assessments as required.

Requirements:
- Good and detailed linkedIN profile attached to your resume
- Have work experience with national or regional investment bank
- Strong academic background
- Strong written and verbal skills
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
