About the Job

Permanent (Part-Time—>Full-Time) or Contract position, equity available for permanent candidates.

Hexa is building a mobile application in the payments and p2p transfer space. We’re looking for driven team members with a strong understanding of blockchain architecture, wallet structuring, and the lightning framework. Candidates should feel confident in their ability to create a robust backend consisting of industry-standard wallet functionality and a fully functional lightning node.

Required experience:

- Hands-on experience in applied cryptography, cryptographic protocols, and distributed systems. 
- Built and released distributed applications and/or wallets and worked with Ethereum and/or Bitcoin blockchain. 
- Running, maintaining, and developing full nodes and/or masternodes. 
- Demonstrated ability to write compact, easily understood and efficient code. 
- Experience writing and contributing to Open Source Software projects. 
- Good communication skills, especially with remote co-workers. 
- Ability to work in a small, fast-paced startup
