About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated blockchain enthusiast and creative individual who would like to work in a very collaborative and fast paced environment. As a data analyst you will work as part of the product team and be responsible for collecting and analyzing data that will help improve our services. You will collect, regroup and analyze the data to identify trends and design the best method for making the results available to the rest of the organization.

About You:
You live and breathe blockchain. You are a crypto and DeFi enthusiast with a mind for numbers, and an eye for detail. You have an analytical mind, proactively identify issues, and enjoy tackling them and coming up with solutions. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others, but is also capable of working independently. You don't shy away from interacting with people from different backgrounds and are able to communicate data science ideas effectively.

Responsibilities:
. Monitor the company’s main metrics related to blockchain, report on milestones before they advance, analyze user behavior, and suggest optimizations
. Communicate data-driven insights and deliver action plans that steer business strategy and de-cision-making for the company and its products
. Work together with the product and/or market teams to identify the key metrics to measure the different aspects of the business. Create and maintain dashboards to visualize those metrics and track KPIs
. Constantly strive for new/innovated ideas and solutions for the business and marketing cam-paigns
. Set-up and optimization of analytic tools and dashboards, also utilize internal reporting systems
. Work closely with business divisions and IT to manage digital platform developments

Requirements:
. Experience and strong enthusiasm for blockchain technology
. Fluency in English, other major languages a bonus
. Comfortable with a number of blockchain and DeFi websites, protocols and tools, such as Etherscan, Metamask, Compound, Binance, etc.
. Understanding of fundamentals of probability and statistics
. Amazing Excel skills
. Attention to detail
