About the Job

We are looking for a number of excellent local Brand Ambassadors AKA ‘Miracle Workers’ to help us increase our brand presence, grow our audience and communicate our brand message to current and potential customers & users in your region.

Do you enjoy communicating with customers both online and offline? Are you enthusiastic about sharing products and services you love? Are you proactive as well as able to work autonomously?

Do you love the crypto community and know your stuff about blockchain? Part educator, part promoter, our ‘Miracle Workers’ need to know everything they can about our products & services and display their enthusiasm in ways that get others equally excited. If this sounds like you - we would love to chat to you.

To be a successful Brand Ambassador, you will need to:

• Actively listen, lead and become involved in conversations about the brand in your local region - Post about our products/services online (e.g. social media and forums).

• Communicate effectively about our products, tokens and answer queries around the benefits of the company & its products.

• Create, share and respond to online local conversations about the company

• Set-up, run and promote local meet-ups about Miracle Tele as well as attend local blockchain events

• Identify potential local partners

• Network and build trusting relationships with potential customers

• Evangelise the product in your region

• Thoroughly understand our products and services to inform potential customers

• Use word-of-mouth marketing techniques, like referring our company to friends

• Monitor online comments and respond or forward to the Marketing department

• Assist in organizing marketing events

• Track local customers’ preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas

• Provide feedback to the Marketing and Product departments regarding customers’ requests

• Track and report on local competitors’ marketing activities

Requirements:

• Strong social media presence on multiple platforms

• Experience creating online content

• Strong Communication & Leadership

• Autonomous and takes ownership

• Familiarity with SM tools

• Professional attitude

• An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people

• Knowledge of the crypto space

• Nice to Have Advantages

• Experience in managing meet-ups and events

• Existing presence & “influence” on social, in crypto or similar

Brand Ambassadors are fully remote and will report directly to the marketing team and supported by the CMO. You will have the opportunity, where appropriate, to learn additional skills from an experienced team.
