Role Description

The Business Development Associate role will be working as part of the Sales team focused on the growth and adoption of the Skipti OTC Trading desk. The Business Development Associate will be tasked with engaging with potential clients through face to face sales, and demo pitches, online sales channels and resources, as well as networking at events, seminars, and conferences.

Responsibilities
• Identify new client prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business in an expeditious manner.
• Searching for potential clients through online research, combing cryptocurrency forums and grassroots meetup groups.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service is maintained and to identify potential new sales opportunities with these existing clients
• Help manage inbound and outbound leads and coordinate sales calls, individually and in conjunction with other members of the business development team.
• Generate proposals and other documentation to support the sales, on-boarding, and customer service process.
• Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and materials.
• Conduct competitive market research to refine sales and marketing strategy.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Skipti’s service offering and client base.
• Ability to self-direct work Be a proactive learner and can work independently
• Detail oriented, with superior organizational skills and the ability to prioritize a high volume of tasks and competing priorities
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team
