About the Job

Responsibilities:
1.Represent the company externally and establish partnership relationships with quality ICO projects worldwide
2.Develop a systematic approach for identifying, assessing and prioritizing partnership opportunities with ICO projects.
3.Manage the end-to-end process of partnership development
4.Negotiate appropriate terms for each partnership and business relationship
5.Manage the execution/implementation of any partnerships, working in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders
6.Regularly report on client issues, recommendations, criticism
7.Maintain awareness and knowledge of industry-related developments


Requirements:
1.Excellent communication and negotiation skills
2.Entrepreneurial spirit with strong sense of accountability
3.Prior experience in business development, partnerships, or management consulting, preferably relevant to blockchain
4.Passionate and knowledgeable about blockchain and cryptocurrencies
5.Native English speaker
