About the Job

Main Responsibilities:

- Responsible for sales strategies, maintain & sharpen business across distribution
- Roll out of successful business in to the new directions and targets worldwide
- Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B channel
- Develop and manage new clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and Identify all their needs.
- Approach new businesses with proposals.
- Manage and maintain sales
- Establish & maintain efficient relationship with new and existing clients
- Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes
- Manage clients’ / projects’ receivables and cash collections in light of present financial KPI
- Ensure clients have positive experience
- Oversee and manage corporate sales forces to achieve set targets
- Work closely with other members of top management to follow company strategy.


Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of successful experience ideally on similar position of B2B/B2C
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development experience in fundraising will be a plus
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and experience in using cryptocurrencies is not necessary, but will be a great advantage. The priority will be given to job seekers who possess at least basic knowledge of the decentralized project industry

- Advanced level of English and Chinese.
