About the Job

BSA are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic PR & Marketing Specialist.
You will be part of a small and dedicated international team that is working on a next-gen cryptocurrency trading platform.

- Create, manage and execute a marketing & content plan
- Create, manage and execute a PR strategy
- Generate new leads
- Writing high valued blog posts
- Manage social media properties
- React and adapt to market trends, news, and events


Requirements:
- Native English speaker
- 3+ years marketing experience
- Strong interest and knowledge in cryptocurrencies/blockchain
- Creative and detail oriented
- Experience with social media (Twitter, Reddit, Facebook)
- Experience with analytical tools
- Prior experience working in a startup environment is preferred, but not essential
- Strong sense of bootstrapping
- Strong sense of leadership and entrepreneurship
- Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

This role will be working closely with our designer and CEO. It's important that you are available immediately and are able to devote 40 hours per week on a negotiable salary or equity. Ideally we are looking for someone based in Bulgaria but also are open to employed people based in U.K and Serbia.
