You are able to:


1. Understand and play off of the dynamics of the industry, including hot topics to guide and enhance the user-base
2. Create and edit dynamic written content
3. Pitch news outlets, blogs, and influencers
4. Manage social media accounts, social listening and engage in social discussion
5. Analyze social media platforms to understand our audience
6. Answer any of users' questions and guide them as much as possible
7. Plan Social Media Reporting with the ability to identify and track relevant Community KPIs
8. Develop social media initiatives to support marketing programs and communication
9. Coordinate with other Marketing, PR, and Promotions teams to carry out IMC strategy

Additional requirements:


1. Fluent in spoken and written English
2. Previous experience with a wide variety of social media channels
3. A deep understanding of crypto consumers and what motivates them online
4. Ability to take complex information and turn it into easy-to-understand content
5. Proven work experience in community management, digital advertising, or a marketing agency
6. Strong interest in Blockchain & Cryptocurrencies
7. Detail-oriented and organized
8. Self-motivated, adaptable, quick, responsive

Preferred, but not required:

Experience in Blockchain or Cryptocurrency Marketing
