About the Job

We are looking for an energetic Community Manager based in Europe (remote) to join our team and help to grow and nurture our community. You are a motivated and autonomous individual who understands cryptocurrency trading and blockchain technology. A person who understands how people interact with one another within our industry - where they get their information, and how they do their research to make decisions.

You will be responsible for overseeing our Telegram channel, being an active participant on social media as well as discussing effective ways to improve engagement with the Marketing team.

Your Role:

- Moderation of our Telegram during European daytime hours - 7 days a week
- Act as an advocate and representative of the Dether brand at all times
- Respond to issues, comments and questions in a professional, timely manner
- Establish relationships with users and influencers within the blockchain industry
- Monitor activity, engagement and share actionable insights with the wider team
- Ongoing support of the marketing team with social media campaigns e.g. Liking, Retweeting and Sharing posts within your own networks

Experience:

- Strong knowledge of Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency is a must
- Proven experience in community management and customer service is preferred
- Exceptional customer relations and technical support capabilities
- Very strong written and verbal communications skills in English
- Positive attitude, resilient and mature. Able to rise above any negative behaviour
- Out of the box thinker, enthusiastic problem solver, self-motivated and a team player
- Strong Blockchain connections (a bonus)
- Startup experience (a bonus)
