Our client is currently developing a decentralized marketplace infrastructure to build an ecosystem that will serve the growing number of innovators who need access to the physical space, professional services, and resources necessary to scale their businesses anywhere in the world.

About the job

Our client need community managers who have experience managing Telegram and social media communities.
We want to hire someone who understands the technical, fundamentals, and nuances of the blockchain space. It would be nice if you’ve managed communities many times before.
We will need you to share content across Telegram, Reddit and the main social media channels such as Twitter and Facebook.

The ideal candidate will also be adept at simultaneously managing multiple conversations happening across various communities and major forums (Reddit, Bitcointalk etc). Our client also expects that you’ll be self-driven and proactive in engaging with the communities where possible and escalate issues you cannot solve yourself.

This role is ideally suited to someone with a social media background, but we will consider all candidates irrespective of background.

Here’s what this role includes:
• Management of communities across Telegram, Discord, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn (and others where required)
• Moderation of forums including Reddit and Bitcointalk
• Develop content / social media strategy to leverage across the community
• Develop FAQ strategy to ensure community engagement is on brand and accurate
• Escalate issues that you cannot resolve yourself
• Set up social media platforms and channels where needed
• Build relationships with other community managers (especially on Telegram) for cross-promotions
• Promote Bounty Programs and Airdrops
• Conduct research on potential partnerships (where needed)
• Report on community engagement and performance
