About the Job

Duties and responsibilities:
Provide support in the research, analysis and design of our global C&B strategy;
Perform job evaluations including internal and external market compensation analysis to provide appropriate salary recommendations for new and existing positions in our countries;
Analyse and understand local benefits trends and advise on benefit program design and enhancements;
Lead salary survey data submission to participating surveys;
Perform general HR analytics and create dashboards;
Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, including accounting, finance, HR, legal and business leaders to assist in the design and communication of our C&B strategy.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years C&B experience managing multiple countries;
Experience with emerging markets or Eastern Europe is a plus;
Experience working with multiple salary survey data providers;
Understanding of local compensation and benefits legislation and compliance issues;
Knowledge of HRIS systems;
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to interact and influence HR and business leaders;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office with experience in creating charts and dashboards;
Proven analytical and project management skills;
Creative thinking and problem solving, with a commitment to high performance and accuracy;
Ability to work remotely and autonomously.
