We are looking for Chief Operating Officer to Plan, direct, and oversee a company’s operational policies, rules, initiatives, and goals.
Description
Helps the organization execute long-term and short-term plans and directives by implementing experience, judgment, vision, management, and leadership.
Our ideal candidates is an experienced professional with a background in Telco, Marketing Sales and Crypto fields.
Key Responsibilities
•Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and finds ways to improve processes.
•Develops and implements growth strategies.
•Acts as a liaison between the company and its clients for quality assurance.
•Provides mentorship to all employees including management.
•Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary.
•Directs acquisitions and sales of assets to meet organization goals.
•Evaluates newly implemented sales plans.
•Being able to analyze projects, their business plans, to hold business negotiations and present our company’s interests, pitch emails, and establish business relationships
•Be very flexible, hands-on and able to multitask while delegating in a fast-moving environment.
Requirements
-Experience in a similar senior leadership role.
-A strategic leader with excellent interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in long-term planning and budgeting.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Exceptional leadership skills in a fast-paced start-up environment.
-Experience providing leadership and oversight for overall day-to-day operations.
-Development of annual operating plan.
-A solid understanding of IT and technology and the benefits it can provide.
-Committed to the highest levels of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
