-External Operations and best practices (worldwide growth ft. voice/tone and campaigns that fit that geographical area)
-Constant optimization across all departments and improvement (finger on everything, final check off)
-Director of strategic business development (final checkoff across your teams)

-Ability to get the best out of people, and teach improvement

-Strategic roll-outs for gamification, and monetized content (to make personal and high level engagement)

-Conversion, retention, and optimization expert

-Help CEO on highest level day to day and large business decisions, the defacto number 2.

You must work in office, full time. Absolutely NO remote work.

You will receive a 3 month contract, and upon a successful relationship receive equity (paid out in quarterly dividends on net profit) and a well taken care of salary.
