Looking for core developers

We are introducing new consensus algorithm and looking for core developers who can build and somewhat improve our platform. Currently, name and algorithm structure is bound to NDA contract, so i cannot provide any more details about technologies.
However, i can provide some information about our firm. We have already made a lot of contracts with big VCs and we will be closing most of our hard-cap before public. We have great network with a couple of major exchanges and partnership with quite famous blockchain companies.
