We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to ‘own’ our brand across multiple products. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to customers all over the world.

As our Creative Director, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest interface design trends and receptive to cutting edge tools for effective interdisciplinary collaboration.

The position can be carried out decentrally from any location.
REQUIREMENTS

Your key responsibilities:

Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
Collaborate with product manager and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
Build a team of UI and UX designers


Required skills and experience:

Proven UI experience with a strong portfolio
Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
Familiarity with customer development processes
Hand-on experience in creative process, user interface design, graphic design and brand development
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
BSc/BA in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or relevant field; MSc/MA will be considered an asset
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
