About the role
As Data and Insights Analyst you’ll be the data expert at Coincover, ensuring Crypto Currency Safety is continuously evolving and data-led. We are looking for a determined individual to take the lead on the full spectrum of Data and Insights from data construction, enrichment and information reporting through to big data, machine learning and AI to accelerate Coincover’s growth aspirations.

What you will be doing

Working with large, complex, unique data sets which will need to be structured, enriched and manipulated in order to provide powerful insight
Leading on data and Insights from data construction, enrichment and information reporting through to big data, machine learning and AI to accelerate Coincover’s growth aspirations
Designing and Implementing data reporting and dashboards for internal and external audiences
Playing data detective, identifying anomalous results, following the clues, and using your powers of deduction to help advance the business
Working with the Product, Operations and Engineering teams to collate, process and transform data into meaningful insights which will help drive business development opportunities
Providing analytics and decision support to deliver market, product, and customer insights
Completing deep dive analysis on priority areas, providing concise and clear results, including any gaps and options for potential solutions for those gaps
Tailored reporting and monitoring of business OKRs and KPIs to support to key stakeholders to help them achieve their targets
Tailoring support and communication to clients to help them achieve their sales aspirations
Proactively improving processes and services to continually improve our offering
What sort of person we need
An experienced data and insights professional with a proven track record of building rapport and sustainable relationships quickly
A data blood-hound who thrives on challenges and is able to build hypothesis, validate and resolve with no time for bias
A confident person able to engage with people at all levels of an organisation
Problem-solving will be your happy place
Someone with a positive can-do attitude
Someone with experience in reporting tools, e.g. Power BI, SQL and a high-level skill of software analysis tools
Someone with an understanding of Azure and AWS extraction and manipulation would be advantageous
You’ll be commercially aware with the ability to present findings to key stakeholders to develop solutions
A team player who can roll up their sleeves to support others in their quest for success
A knowledge of cryptocurrency will certainly be beneficial but - don’t need to be a cryptocurrency geek but we are looking for someone willing to immerse themselves in this young, exciting and fast-growing sector
