We are looking for a seasoned business leader to drive day-to-day operations and customer success activities. In this role, you will be facilitating and streamlining operational procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Curbside Operations team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in leading business operations, post sales or customer care organization.

• Build, manage, and lead a team performing day-to-day operational functions related to customer on-boarding, partner support, data analysis, and product testing.
• Responsible for developing and managing operational processes related to customer on-boarding, back office activities, and support escalation.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure business readiness and transfer knowledge for any new process/products.
• Build capabilities in operational teams to ensure seamless transition of project execution and results.
• Drive escalation of issues, coordinate key resources in the escalation process, and project manage the issue until its resolution.
• Performs analysis to identify operational issues or areas for improvement.

• 5+ years of related business operations management experience.
• Strong background in establishing current state operational support process models and providing process improvement/redesign.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Communicate effectively, written and verbally, across a diverse set of audiences, internally and externally.
• Innovative, passionate, self-propelled, customer-focused, and results-driven leader with a "can do" attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree/foreign equivalent in a related discipline or meaningful relevant on the job experience.
• Additional background in the following preferred:
• Global e-commerce or technology platform
• Digital media or ad tech industries
• Merchant experiences including on boarding, dashboards and tool sets
