Chorus One is building validating nodes and staking services for Proof-of-Stake blockchain networks. Our products will allow customers to effectively deploy their tokens and earn interest.

### Job Description
We’re looking to complement our tech-heavy team with a candidate who can take the lead on building out our business development and marketing capacities.

### Responsibilities:
- Craft persuasive messaging and marketing materials around our products and services.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies.
- Lead customer exploration interviews and identify key needs.
- Design and implement sales and marketing processes.
- Be in constant conversation with potential customers and partners to close deals, build partnerships and gather market insights.
- Explore partnerships with cryptocurrency wallet providers and exchanges
- Lead business development efforts with large token holders and institutional crypto holders

### The ideal candidate:
- Is analytical, proactive, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity, moves fast, incorporates feedback.
- Has a deep interest in the blockchain and decentralized tech industry.
- Is a generalist who proactively identifies problems and proposes solutions.
- Has 3+ years experience in product marketing, partnership and/or business development roles at a technology startup.
- Has outstanding communication skills and ability to relay complex technical concepts in understandable ways. Is able to effectively communicate insights to the rest of the team.
- Will stick around through ups and downs to build a sustainable great company.
- Has experience in closing partnership and sales deals.
