- Manages, coaches and provides feedback of all subordinate areas of responsibility.
- Encourages the growth and professional development of the employees in the lending area. Develops training strategies to enhance the ability of staff to promote and sell zeosX’s products and services.
- Ensures lending departments are providing friendly, professional, timely and personal service to all staff and members. Creates an encouraging work environment by coaching and mentoring employees to achieve top performance in service and sales.

Requirements:
- Have work experiences with national or regional investment bank
- Good academic background
- Strong written and verbal skills
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
