Responsibilities

1.Managing our developer team and a point of motivation for our developers.
2.Determining software architecture.
3.Determining Timelines alongside our Product Manager.
4.Coding in solidity and working on Dapp integrations.
5.Creating developers’ documentation.
6.Tracking and Monitoring Developers Tasks
7.Tracking and Monitoring Developers Team Performance
8.Training and Improvement of skills of Developers Team
9.Ensuring developers work together.
10.Able to connect with marketing and understand products easily.
11.Deployment on products and Dapps
12.Providing and Scouting APIs resources
13.Participating In Hiring Process
14.Your added skills and More...

Experience

3+ years of exposure in managing engineering teams
Previous experience in blockchain or distributed systems.
Experience of working with Cryptocurrencies
Active participation in a team’s career development, having managed engineer's performance with proper mentorship and coaching.
Strong analytic skills and a demonstrated sense of ownership and accountability.
Experience in software architecture
