About the Job

We at U.CASH are looking forward for like-minded IT Support Staff to join our global team.

We are looking forward to hire 6-7 IT Support analysts for our Navi Mumbai office.
We expect minimum 1+ years of experience
This is a full time role
Candidate should be willing to work in a startup environment
Responsibilities and Duties

Experience of 1+ years of IT Support especially in Financial Industry
Provide support on Telegram, online chat (Kayako) and different social media
Onboarding users on platform and perform compliance and verification background checks
Individually call users to verify and answer the support requests
