About the Job

You love data and know how to crunch numbers into actionable insights. Most importantly, you will be responsible for creating beautiful performance reports and tracking KPIs, user activity as well as analysing and reporting on our Dether mobile app as well as finding data insights that will help us grow our users around the world.

You will also be running weekly/monthly google analytics and social media performance reports, using GTM to track goals and Search Console to analyse search terms, assisting marketing to strategise customer segmentation and keyword opportunities, as well as running all PPC campaigns - Adwords, Facebook ads, display campaigns, retargeting etc.

Your daily role will support a very busy marketing team. We are looking for a person who has experience turning raw data into performance metrics that will help us to increase user acquisition and retention in our app and improve engagement of our marketing campaigns.

Your role:

- Mapping, analysing and reporting on the Dether mobile app
- Daily management of PPC Campaigns - Adwords, Facebook etc
- Managing Display advertising and Remarketing campaigns
- Managing video ads including YouTube advertising
- Creating weekly / monthly reports for Google Analytics and
- Create social media performance reports
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and Content Marketing strategies
- Reporting on marketing campaigns and providing actionable advice for improvements
- Ability to manage budgets across various campaigns
- The ability to tap into untouched data to find important customer insights
- Ability to create detailed, user friendly performance reports that help the entire company love data as much as you do

Experience:

- Experience analysing and reporting on mobile web apps is essential
- Experience managing PPC campaigns - Adwords, Facebook Ads etc.
- At least one years experience in a data analysis role within a marketing framework
- At least one yearโ€™s experience using Google Analytics, GTM and Search Console (or equivalent)
- Provable experience in Customer Insights, Campaign Analysis, database marketing or customer analytics role
- Growth hacker mindset
