Job Description

The Lead Ambassador will Interact with their regional community to promote Reserve Protocol to people in need of its features. Lead Ambassadors are expected to live in one of the high-inflation countries which are a potential market for Reserve Protocol. Additionally, Lead Ambassadors are expected to drive community influence and promote the project.

Daily Tasks

- Help run and manage regional events.
- Connect Reserve with local technology businesses (Startups, Fintechs, etc.).
- Create pitch decks and send to regional businesses.
- Email and conduct outreach to VCs, Funds, and other high-profile institutions.
- Manage team of 3-5 associates who will help you execute regional strategy.
- Communicate effectively with South American Strategy Director.
- Report daily on current initiatives and ensure you and team meet weekly goals.

Requirements

- Fluent in English
- Native in Spanish (or Portuguese if in Brazil)
- Experience in the marketing sector (PR, SEO, Growth Hacking, etc.)
- Pulse on the regional blockchain and cryptocurrency scene
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Experience managing a small team and hitting weekly targets
- Proficient with task management and able to report effectively.
