About the Job
Lead Generation Specialist
Horizon Sentinel is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our sales team remotely. This position is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Sales team by securing appointments for ICOs and blockchain projects. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter who enjoys identifying and developing new business prospects. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers combined with a strong knowledge of crypto is essential! This is a commission based role although the rewards are high.
Responsibilities:
* Develop new relationships for our stations and digital products by identifying and engaging high potential leads across a variety of verticals and nurturing those leads into appointments for outside sellers.
* High volume contact with end-goal to set appointments for our sales rep
* Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
* Deep understanding of outbound prospecting
Conduct research to identify potential prospects and work with multiple sales team members to cultivate prospect lists.
* Contribute to and execute a strategy to drive new partner acquisition.
Requirements:
* Knowledge in the blockchain/ crypto space - specifically ICOs
* Knowledge of ICO investing
* Youโve mastered the art of the cold open, have developed skills for overcoming objections, and have a healthy approach to handling rejection
* Capable of making 40+ contacts and scheduling 7-10 appointments daily
* Ability to work effective as part of a team and independently.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure.
* Ability to effectively solve problems.
* Creative and able to adapt quickly to change.
* Position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organization and time management.
