Fast-growing Digitex Futures is seeking a stellar Listing Compliance Manager with a solid track-record who will be responsible for handling listing inquiries and provide legal guidance to the team after fully assessing potential projects’ compliance. With the upcoming launch of Digitex Spot Exchange, this exciting opportunity will involve performing compliance and risk management work with a plethora of Crypto projects wishing to list to the exchange.

A successful Listing Compliance Manager will conduct investigations, document findings, and ensure corrective actions are made.

Responsibilities:

-Lead all compliance, legal and regulatory matters in the listing process
-Perform complex investigation on tokens/coins applying to list on the Digitex Spot Exchange
-Maintain knowledge of laws, regulations, company strategies to assess impact, and consult with clients as a Subject Matter Expert
-Establish project plans, gap analysis, milestone dates, leadership updates, and other significant aspects
-Ensure necessary documentation is provided as required by projects

Requirements

-Must have experience working with Legal & Compliance in crypto industry
-Must have at least 5 years’ Legal & Compliance experience
-Excellent verbal and written English skills, including grammar and syntax
-Hardworking, creative and a go-getter mindset
Can-do, positive attitude
Extremely organized
