Marketing Manager

Needs:

We’re recruiting for a person to fill the role of Marketing Manager. We’re looking for someone with a passion for all things DeFi, and who understands what campaigns will resonate with degens, apes, and whales

Requirements:

As the resident Degen on our team you will be surrounded with a wealth of knowledge, but the sense for direction will be your own. Your role will be a mix of gauging the ever-shifting winds of the Crypto Space, with implementing campaigns to give us wins against our KPI’s. You will look further afield to understand what growth looks like now as well as in future.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to strengthen the projects market presence
- Creating market fit and demand for a new Stable Coin
- Generate buzz around yield bearing strategies within our suite of products
- Work cross-functionally to generate growth and sustain momentum
- Potential to pursue event strategies both regionally and internationally

Attributes:
- Experience as a Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or other role with a focus on user acquisition
- Deep understanding of Crypto-specific marketing
- High data competency - using it as a central pillar in the decision making process
- Experience with other projects and communities as a participant and/or mod


Who is our Ideal Candidate:
- Past experience working with early stage marketing teams
- Comprehension of not only DeFi but the Solana ecosystem
- History of driving successful growth campaigns within Crypto
- Strong foundation in marketing mechanics and processes
- A fluency with many of the ‘hot’ aspects defi (staking, yield, play to earn, etc)
