Nekstream Global is a fast growing company in the cryptocurrency industry. We are looking for an operations and data analyst to help scale our infrastructure.

Primary Responsibilities

If you are highly organized, strong with numbers and tech savvy then you will be able to work directly with our leadership team on key projects.

Create and Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the business
Manage customer relationship management system.
Develop, maintain and finetune accounts receivable and fulfillment processes.
Research key information and data for company leadership team.
Manage companies international tech and operations team

Skills and Knowledge (The following competencies are required for all applicants)

MS Excel proficiency; including pivot tables, v & h lookup, if statements, charts, and other advanced functions
High level of organizational skills; mastery of dropbox, google docs
Strong research skills & the ability to clearly present findings
Ability to master, create and manage key business operational processes
Must be flexible and able to quickly master new processes and tools.

The following competencies are preferred. (You should have at least 2-3 in order to get hired.)

Experience with financial markets and online trading.
Multi Lingual (prefered languages; Spanish, Chinese, Russian)
CRM/Database administration skills like Infusionsoft, Salesforce, etc.
Programming and coding skills
Proficiency with Google enterprise applications like google docs
Solid writing and communication skills
ability to work with social media like Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, etc.

Nekstream Global is a fast growing company in the commodity and cryptocurrency trading space. Our primary source of revenue is connecting brokers with physical and CFD crypto liquidity based on their requirements. We have offices in Florida, New York, and Europe.

Nekstream has been in the trading business since 2008. Both our industry and company is starting to grow very fast. We need qualified sales, marketing and operational staff in order to help sustain our rapid expansion.


Schedule
We are looking for full time positions, and part-time/intern employees that would be willing to transition to full time within 6-9 months.
