Job Summary:
æternity is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our team. You will support the COO by running important daily operations and processes, guiding and helping the team, taking over projects from small to strategic and helping the organization by designing, establishing and running new processes and services.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Administering and improving existing processes and operational tasks day-to-day
• Taking over project lead for normal and strategic projects
• Developing and establishing new processes and software tools with the COO in an international and diverse team
• Creating new process documents and maintaining them on the regular basis
• Controlling and reporting of operations and projects
• Communicating with all stakeholders for a common understanding and excellent cooperation
• Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities for the company
• Supporting worker communication with the management team, daily office organization and coordination

Operations Manager Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Operations manager
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Positive and entrepreneurial way of bringing projects forward
• Excellent communication skills, especially in English. German proficiency is a plus
• Good understanding of technology and tools
• Knowledge of blockchain industry is a plus

• Location: Austria, Germany, Switzerland or Liechtenstein
(based in locations which allow physical meeting in Liechtenstein/Switzerland at times) or flexible enough to travel when required
