About the Job

We’re Looking for an Experienced Paralegal Who Can:
- Lead complex legal projects that span legal, business, and functional boundaries (e.g., cross geographies, subject matter areas, jurisdictions, organisations, and business models);
- Help to develop and implement global policies and procedures;
- Provide research on and coordination of establishing operations in new jurisdictions;
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues that may affect CoinMetro at both local and international levels – issues associated with CoinMetro’s activities, ongoing operations, and strategic initiatives, including but not limited to, revenue diversification, and jurisdictional expansion;
- Develop and manage the legal department budget;
- Initiate special projects and execute other duties as assigned.
