About the Job

WINGS’ mission is the promotion of new, open decentralized technology architectures development and applications. In particular the promotion and maintenance of the WINGS protocol and the corresponding technology, as well as the promotion and support of applications using the protocol.

WINGS DApp (http://wings.ai) is an ICO forecasting platform curated by thousands of members, many of whom are established cryptocurrency professionals and invest in the very projects they forecast on.

We’re looking for a Senior UI designer to deliver high quality product designs and experiences across WINGS DApp platform.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the product team to design the User Interface of the entire platform.


• Masterfully translate low-fidelity mockups, specs, wireframes and high-level user acceptance criteria into visually stunning and intuitive high-fidelity mockups and detailed design for development.


• Develop, communicate, and maintain UI standards and requirements.


• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.

• ​3-5​ ​years​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​Product ​&​ ​Visual​ ​Design​, including​ ​designing​ ​for​ ​web​ ​and​ ​mobile.​ ​


• Expert in Sketch App (a must) and other design tools.


• Proficient with user interface design patterns and UCD methodologies.


• Have​ ​an​ ​expert​ ​level​ ​command​ ​of​ ​responsive​ ​Web​ ​Design​ ​and​ ​standards.


• Demonstrable understanding of visual design fundamentals, color theory, contrast, typography and visual communication.


• Must possess ruthless attention to detail and eye for aesthetics and have a sense for extraordinary, pixel-perfect design.


• Strong​ ​portfolio​ ​featuring​ ​design​ ​work​ ​that​ ​showcases​ ​and​ ​understanding​ ​of​ ​responsive​ ​web design,​ ​interaction​ ​design,​ ​information​ ​design,​ and ​visual​ ​design skills.


• A team player who knows how to collaborate and brainstorm with all kinds of people with different skills.


• Ability to receive constructive criticism and applying it towards improving designs.


• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.


• Fluency in both English and Russian, verbal and written.


• Degree in Design preferred but not required.


• Willingness to learn about blockchain, enthusiasm or prior knowledge is a huge plus.
