About the Job

We’re looking for a technical SEO specialist (remote position) with considerable web development experience to join our growing performance marketing team. SEO at BeInCrypto isn’t about sticking keywords on a webpage or building artificial links, but making sure we offer the best possible products, content and on-site experiences to our readers. At BeInCrypto we’re on a mission to empower our users to make smart financial decisions based on transparent information. Our SEO team is no different. There is no point in working in search unless you understand how what you’re building is providing value to our customers.

So while we need someone who ‘gets’ SEO, we also need someone who can get to the heart of how we help our customers and change the world for the better. If that’s you, read on.

What will you get to do?

Team collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with our product engineers and designers to develop products that will help us drive more qualified traffic.
Define technical specs for new and existing products and contribute to our custom content management platforms.
You’ll have the chance to put on your lab coat and run SEO experiments, proving ideas, and helping to scale them up.
Keep on top of troubleshooting and fixing site issues, and continually improve site crawlability, indexation, and performance.
Work within a truly international team 100% in remote.

About You…

You’ll have experience in executing technical SEO projects.
Strong demonstrable understanding of front-end technologies – including the ability to confidently hand-code valid semantic HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
An understanding of structured and linked data, with experience working with Schema.org and structured data syntaxes such as JSON-LD.
Proficient in crawl management – Log file analysis, Screaming Frog, Custom crawlers.You’re confident using the most popular SEO tools: webmaster consoles, keyword tracking, and backlink discovery tools.
You know how to make some basic requests from an API and build basic SEO tools.
You’re skilled with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
