About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Rust/Substrate Developer to join our existing team and play a key role in developing the blockchain layer and smart contracts underlying the web3 platform.

The ideal candidate is someone with a deep understanding and passion for blockchain and DeFi. You will need to be very expereienced in Rust, Substrate, Polkadot, and Kusama.

First Few Deliverables
Adapt current Hyperledger Fabric based logics to Substrate
Improve performance of Substrate based business logics in relation to HLF based ones
Build new logics native to substrate like cross chain communication and decentralized search
Must Haves
2 to 3 years experience in:
Rust
Substrate
Polkadot
Kusama
Web3
4 to 5 hours working hours overlap with Europe timezone
Availbility for at least 3 to 4 months minimum
Strong communication skills
Team player
Ready to change the world and excited to be rewarded for it
