IF WHEN THEN is an EOS-based project. An open platform for JOB SEEKERS to learn future skills in a community environment and create new employment outcomes in high value and hyper growth sectors.

Our objective is to help to reduce the skill shortage gap in the new collar economy by introducing a competitive search ranking system in the non formal education ecosystem. Also bringing radical transparency and trust into the ecosystem, connecting global employers to candidates with high value emerging tech skills.

The firm’s founder comes from bulge bracket investment banking background who over the last 5 years has developed Blockchain and platform design thinking expertise at successful startups. He was one of the first hires at a leading SaaS analytics company which helped global Amazon sellers increase their sales rank in the A9 search engine algorithm. (sold in 2016). He is seeking a technical co-founder / blockchain CTO with proven success in creating successful products and leading an engineering team.

IF WHEN THEN has signed up well-known advisors, ecosystem partners and have completed a thorough market research campaign. Now we move on to sign global employers to the platform. The founder is currently finalizing the white paper. The brand identity and clickable prototype has been completed while a top tier national law firm is handling the regulatory aspects. IF WHEN THEN plans to raise approximately $15 to $30 million through a private presale and ICO.

Job description:

Do you consider yourself a full-stack dev with architecture skills and passionate about Blockchain technology? Do you want to be part of something that will provide seekers new pathways to market relevant skill development, connecting global employers and job seekers in new ways? Do you think that the blockchain ecosystem data transparency and token economy is one of its greatest advantages? If Yes, to all of the above we are looking for a partner that is ready to architect a system from the ground up.

Required Skills:
Blockchain & Software Development

Involved in development, testing, release, support and maintenance activities of internal / external web applications.

- Develop the prototype/test-net for an initial pilot
- Hire and oversee the engineering team
- Build and support the IF WHEN THEN smart contract solution
- Lead strategic planning to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing development initiatives and setting timelines for the evaluation, development and deployment of products.
- Participate in the community through blog posts, panels and presentations
- True partner to the CEO who helps develop the project culture and launch our Initial Coin Offering (ICO).
- Experience with new blockchain technologies, especially strong interest in EOS, is a big plus. Ideally the technical partner has at least one highly successful product and experience in global marketplaces and payment systems.
- Has demonstrated contributions as a thought leader, Blockchain technology and a passion for understanding emerging technologies with insight into where those technologies can be integrated into business solutions
- Proven experience as a CTO or role that would lead to qualifications for a CTO position, and ideally some experience in social networks.

Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship development skills
Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues
- Prior experience working in a startup environment highly preferred
- Strong english speaker
- Works well in a remote environment

Nice to have
- Expert understanding of external competitive landscape in the non formal education ecosystem, ability to understand, build tools for ecosystem partners for more seamless integrations into the marketplace and social network.
- Successful startup experience and community building a plus.
- Active Github contributor
