About the Job

n.exchange is an innovative solution for instant conversion of fiat money to digital currency, as well as one digital currency to another.

n.exchange is fully service-based (based on an API) and operates over a client which is 100% open-source.

Our core values are security, transparency and excellent service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide end-customer support over chat (Intercom)
- Provide business-to-business support for our affiliates over chat (SIack)
- Check KYC documents and identify fraud
- Conduct face to face video interviews with high-net-worth clients
- Monitor digital currency exchange orders and provide basic troubleshooting & escalation to the technical team if needed

Requirements:
- 1 Year of experience in technical support
- Great communication skills & empathy
- Ability to speak and write in English as a second language (b2 and above)
- Basic understanding of digital currency transactions and digital currency wallets
- Basic understanding of technology concepts such as API, HTTP request, Error traceback etc.

Nice to have:
- Experience with SIack and intercom
- Experience in buying and trading digital currency
- Additional languages (Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, German)
