The retirement is granted under Article 40, Paragraph 1, Item I of the Federal Constitution, with benefits under EC No. 41/03. This ordinance is effective from the date of publication.<br />

The Municipal Secretary of Education and Sports, following the complaint SEI No. 24.17.000003602-0, launches an investigation into allegations concerning the JaboatĂŁo Municipal School. A commission has been established to conduct a formal investigation, as per Articles 171 and 172 of the Municipal Statute of Public Service (Law No. 224/1996).<br />
