A new study says that thousands of people have problems with not getting enough sleep. One the other hand, some people can really fall asleep. But we can't fall asleep because our minds are racing with so many thoughts.<br />

Stress, worry, and other health problems are making life hard for some people. In fact, these problems can easily ruin the whole sleep. People these days are like night owls; they stay awake when everyone else is asleep. If this makes you feel the same way, you can understand how awful it is.
