The Le Gruyère AOP European Curling Championships 2024 are underway from November 16–23, 2024, with events split between Lohja, Finland (A-Division) and Östersund, Sweden (B-Division). This prestigious competition features top curling teams from across Europe, with ten teams in both the men's and women's A-Divisions competing for titles and qualification spots for the 2025 World Curling Championships.

A-Division Teams: Defending champions include Scotland’s men’s team, skipped by Bruce Mouat, and Switzerland’s women’s team, led by Silvana Tirinzoni. Other strong contenders include Sweden's teams, led by Olympic champions Anna Hasselborg and Niklas Edin.
B-Division Teams: Nations such as England, Austria, and Lithuania recently promoted to higher divisions are looking to secure their places. Relegation and promotion stakes are high, as the top two teams advance to the A-Division next year.
The round-robin phase runs until November 21, followed by semi-finals and medal games. In addition to championships, teams aim to secure places in the 2025 World Championships (women's in Korea, men's in Canada). Matches are broadcast on various platforms, including live streams on World Curling’s website and the Curling Channel.
