About the Job

Fast-growing Digitex Futures is looking for a highly talented Account Manager to add to its expanding team. This position requires a person who values preparation, attention to detail, and the desire to work hard in order to accomplish tasks of a technical nature. You should be comfortable demonstrating software to customers through Zoom calls and preparing/analyzing data related to the success of customer marketing programs. The goal is to activate and maintain the engagement of a large number of users. You will be required to carry out the following functions, among others:

Outreach to customers via Zoom and email to perform training and answer product questions.

Support the marketing team by preparing documents, presentations and data needed to serve customers.

Serve customers by identifying their needs and preparing answers, requests and information to be delivered to customers.

Determine success metrics for customers and track those metrics consistently.

Obtain product, service, and technical know-how to speak knowledgeably with customers about their needs and requests.
Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing efforts to engage users.

Contribute to the development team’s effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-term usability issues that must be addressed, recommending options, and courses of action, and implementing directives.
