About the Job

Responsibilities:
- Participates in long-term strategic planning and development; develops and implements department/branch initiatives and goals which will support our overall strategic plan.
- Develops, proposes, gains acceptance and is responsible for planning and developing of the following: incentive program for consumer and business lending initiatives, promotional programs, advertising, sales culture, annual budget, new loan product design and implementation, loan goals, asset quality goals, and business plan for all lending areas.
- Directs and monitors all lending operations to ensure that the company meets established goals and objectives with respect to lending.
- Monitors product delivery and quality; takes action to resolve problems.
- Ensures that our company is in compliance with all lending regulations; develops procedural changes as compliance requires or new programs demand, including risk assessments as required.
