Growth & Strategy team at Zilliqa seeks a motivated and talented Analyst to help drive growth initiatives. You will work closely with VPs and Head of Growth within the Growth & Strategy team.

Scope of Role

We are looking for an Analyst to join a diverse team of business and technology specialists working together to develop new blockchain solutions to help deliver next generation technology platform with a focus on financial use cases.

Job Responsibilities

As an Analyst (Growth & Strategy) at Zilliqa, you will be responsible for multiple workstreams, including, but not limited to, financial modelling, market research, and associated analytics. You must be comfortable working across a range of engagements and tasks - conducting strategic analysis, consolidating and making sense of research materials, and publishing the research reports - to deliver the highest quality outcomes at pace.

Role Requirements

• Ideally 1+ years experience as a analyst from leading crypto/blockchain companies/start-ups, possibly including a similar role in a traditional research & analytics firm;
• Distinctive problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically;
• Ideally, some experience in venture creation, including work in due diligence, valuation, joint venture governance design, operating structures, negotiation, and term sheets;
• Knowledge of and passion for cutting edge technologies/digital initiatives (blockchain knowledge)
• is preferred;
• Experience leading and delivering multiple workstreams, including experience in business case development, financial modelling, due diligence, valuation, CEO-ready presentation design and story-lining;
• Distinctive and proven track record in problem solving and leadership;
• Entrepreneurial, curious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Comfortable in rapidly changing, highly ambiguous environments;
• Self-accountable, with a drive for constant self-improvement;
• A knowledge sharer, always willing to help the wider team;
