About the Job

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for business development and fund raising by sourcing new investors for blockchain related project;
- Analyse, create/update pitch decks, co-ordinate and attain business growth targets;
- Make both quantitative and qualitative discussions to persuade potential customers;
- Build a unique, compliant, comprehensive and value-added blockchain or crypto-currencies project for the company;
- Build the roadmap, whitepaper and timeline, maintain budget and achieve the specific targets at each phase of the blockchain project;
- Execute the entire process of new blockchain project independently and ‘hands-on’ with limited company resources;
- Select appropriate partners to conduct the service, liaise with law firms, crypto listing exchanges and advisors or consultants to provide appropriate services;
- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company’s risk profile;
- Work with Marketing Team and outsourced service providers on the delivery of marketing, translation and blockchain activities;
- Participate and lead industry related meetings for networking to build community, gain valuable knowledge and promote ‘blockchain gaming’ company

Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in blockchain, crypto, fintech or financial industry;
- Excellent command of spoken/written English is essential; other languages an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, and able to work independently by influencing stakeholders at different levels;
- High level of industry experience and investor relation contacts;
- Strong understanding of the business development process and the fintech market trend;
- Ability to exceed or meet the agreed performance targets and goals of fund raising and blockchain management of new project;
- Knowledgeable and willing to share experience on tokenization, tokenomics and building use cases using blockchain for utility token;
- Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment and industry;
- Preferably with previous project management experience;
- Proficient in MS Office (in particular, PowerPoint and other applications)
