About the Job
We seek a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by creating a solid pipeline of prospective clients.

-Develop and implement a sales strategy to expand the clientele list of the agency.
-Identify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting.
-Build strong relationships with potential clients - blockchain and Web3 projects/companies.
-Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and social media to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
-Attend conferences and events to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
-Create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients highlighting the agency's services and unique selling points.
-Negotiate and close deals with new clients, ensuring profitability and the delivery of high-quality services.
-Work closely with the internal team to create customised solutions that meet clients' needs.
-Monitor and report on sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
-Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the agency's CRM system.
-Research emerging trends and recommend new X8C services to satisfy client’s needs

-Proven track record of “B2B” sales experience with at least 3 years of sales experience in the crypto sector
-Excellent knowledge of the crypto industry.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
-Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
-Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
-Strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively about solutions to complex problems.
-Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot.
