About the Company

StaFi protocol is the first liquid staking protocol for multiple PoS blockchains, aiming to solve the contradiction between mainnet security and token liquidity in PoS consensus. To date, the platform has released up to 10 various liquid staking solutions including rETH (StaFi Staked ETH), rMATIC, rBNB, rATOM, among others. Now StaFi 2.0 has been introduced, which is a major upgrade and rebrand. In terms of positioning, StaFi will transform from a multi-chain LSD protocol to an LSD Infra Layer, and the brand will also be upgraded accordingly. In terms of tokenomics, FIS will introduce a burn mechanism and add new utilities. In terms of security, on top of the existing chain security, it will support contract layer security, including support and frameworks for multiple VMs such as EVM and WASM.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development & Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing StaFiโ€™s brand awareness through strategic business development initiatives and effective marketing strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop partnerships, and execute marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
1.Actively establishing connections based on the marketing strategy formulated by the head of business development and marketing.
2.Create co-marketing strategies like AMA sessions and campaigns to make StaFi generate more exposure, and oversee the execution of these plans once a collaboration agreement is reached with partners.
3.Post mortem data analysis of marketing campaigns to quantify success.
4.Assist the head of business development and marketing with some supportive work.
5.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and partners to drive business development efforts.

Required Qualifications:
1.Experience is preferred, but interns are also welcome.
2.Familiarity with the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
3.Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for achieving targets and business objectives.
4.Proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
