At the forefront of the FinTech revolution this company has identified a gap in the market for the lending and borrowing of digital assets. This exciting new business is leading innovation and bringing institutional securities lending to the digital asset economy.

As part of the operational team in this progressive company, you’ll enjoy exposure to different business projects and will be required to support their timely delivery and provide analysis and research, whilst developing your career as the business scales.
Your day will look a little like this:
Ensuring the successful execution of project tasks and supporting the business on various mini-projects. Performing business research, research of the market and competitor analysis. Ongoing business support to project delivery and the process for the on-boarding of institutional clients.
• Providing ongoing support to projects and project tasks across the business communicating progress, issues and risks to the relevant stakeholders.
• Working alongside product and technical teams in a cross-functional manner to ensure all new product updates, features and operational improvements are delivered.
• Act as a point of contact with senior stakeholders, liaising with QA and technical teams to ensure that deliverables are met.
• Proactively seek ways to improve processes by leveraging the tools available to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Supporting the business’s planning, co-ordinating and delivering of a tailored on-boarding process.
• Keeping abreast of emerging industry trends, perform business and industry researching and competitor analysis.
• Analysing, validating and verifying the needs of new clients and supporting the business to ensure new clients receive a market leading early life experience.
You have:
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Accomplished analytical and numerical reasoning skills, with the ability to interpret and present data, findings and recommendations.
• Strong facilitation, communication, listening and presentation skills.
• Flexibility, ability to prioritise and multi task in a challenging working environment combined with strong organisational skills.
• Team player skills with the ability to work collaboratively and build successfully relationships within the team, with clients and with other suppliers is essential.
• Knowledge and experience of financial services / FinTech would be advantageous.
• A self-starter who relishes the challenge of working in a fast-paced FinTech business
