As the Chief Operating Officer, you will:

• In partnership with the Operations Management team, establish success metrics and key performance indicators in order to improve profitability
• Ensure continuous and overall cost efficiency across the studio
• Provide clear and accountable operational objectives, development plans, improvements and status reports to executives, internal stakeholders and business partners on a global level
• Manage relationships/agreements with key partners and vendors
• Support in recruiting new key members of the teams

Requirements:
• Experience in designing and implementing operations at a startup or new division
• 7+ years of management team experience and of managing team of managers
• Established business and financial principles and cost efficiency analysis and execution
• Experience motivating and developing new organizations a plus
