About the Job

Role

As the Community Lead, you will create and lead the community strategy to create brand awareness and build trust in the community. You will be responsible for setting the communications strategy and managing our online presence spanning multiple channels (chat rooms, blog, etc). You will host and attend meetings, conferences and engage with teams to grow the Taraxa ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- Drive community strategy, development, growth, and engagement
- Manage communication channels, including live chat, blog posts, and social media
- Facilitate communications between different community segments (e.g., developers, node operators, investors) and our corresponding team members, building up a knowledge base along the way
- Organize meetups, webinars, and other community events
- Attend cryptocurrency events, including speaking engagements
- Source feedback, ideas and actionable information from the community as inputs into product and content development


Qualifications

- Proven track record of building highly and persistently engaged crypto communities across multiple channels and regions
- Has relationships with existing crypto investor, node operator, and dev communities
- Excellent English writing & speaking skills
- Native English speaker
