We are looking for a Community Manager. You will be working closely with the rest of the Content Team and report directly to the Head of Content. The Community Manager is responsible for ensuring our communities are fully informed and supported across all major channels. You will also need to proactively communicate customer feedback to the development and marketing teams. You conceive, develop, plan, and help execute the community facing plan for the renowned blockchain project.
Ideally, the successful candidate loves new challenges, talking to people and executing.

Main Responsibilities:
Creating and executing the social media strategy on all social channels
Organising campaigns for community growth and engagement
Moderating the Telegram channel, keeping it clean, free of spam and proactively managing for channel growth
Assisting the community with meetups and other community-organised events
Providing data-driven insights and feedback to management and team members
Generate ideas about new topics for content
Collaborate with the in-house content production team

Requirements:
Outstanding communication skills
Excellent English
Comprehensive understanding of the crypto/blockchain space
Knowledge and experience of community building and/or open source community building
Ability to introduce and moderate best practices or frameworks for community development and growth
Experience with community chat platforms, related tools and integrations (Telegram, Discord, Reddit)
Experience leading community initiatives like AMAs, ambassador programs, advocacy programs, etc.
Ability to quickly learn and teach new technologies and frameworks
