About the Job

REQUIREMENTS
We are in need of a Community Manager/Leader with ICO experience for our Telegram groups, Reddit, and BitcoinTalk interactions, along with community engagement across Facebook, Twitter & Linkedin. We’ll be launching our marketing and community outreach & support shortly for our SAFT phase then moving to Pre TGE shortly thereafter. Full-time (Part-time to start OK). On-site or Remote.


WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for a motivated and autonomous individual who knows about the cryptocurrency world and understands: how “cryptokids” interact with one another, along with being able to deal with the larger investors in how they engage across networks, where they get their information, and how they do their ICO research and contribution decisions.


RESPONSIBILITIES


SAFT Promotion, Bounty & AirDrop Promotion, Pre ICO Promotion working with the team you will lead the way in driving our user engagement, using our inhouse tools to help schedule and post across various platforms.

You will be the external voice to most of the crypto world so being able to engage them is essential. We work in a very high paced environment so you will need to be decisive and autonomous.

Initially we invisiage this for the ICO, however if you are a good fit with the wider team we would look to bring you inhouse on a permanent basis to handle our ongoing engagements and social product exposure.

There is potentially a further element to this role which we will discuss with suitably qualified individuals.

Manage the email inbox of messages in your domain, partnerships, and company, answering what’s appropriate.

Working with the senior leadership team it is essential that we get messages out on time and within brand tone.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Have managed community for least one ICO to successful completion.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

Wider digital marketing background would be advantageous
Experience in pre and post ICO organic social engagement
Large crypto social followers personally
Network of other team members that we could onboard

WHEN
ASAP either part or full time

REMUNERATION
Compensation based upon the staged ICO raised, and the social engagement growth
Tokens from Founders Share
Potential to transition to full internal role

LOCATION:
UK based office in the north or remote working

The raise we are doing is big as well. Managing and building the community with engagement article, air drops, referrals and incentives won’t be easy.

For the right lead or head community Manager you will also have the opportunity to join us at the Global Google for Entrepreneurs event in Silicon VALLEY IN Febuary 2019.

As part of our team you may have the opportunity to work on our other projects within this space where we manage the digital marketing activities for other ICO clients.
